Vibrant, brilliant pale straw color. A fresh nose of ripe melon with subtle herbal notes and minerality that add refinement to the nose. On the palate, the wine is crisp, focused and refreshing. Deep, dark red color with a purplish hue. Dense nose of ripe blackberries and plums; focused, complex and round with a solid backbone of sweet oak integrated with the fruit. Lush in the entry, this full bodied wine hits on all cylinders. Fleshy, ripe, lush and well balanced, there is a dense tannin profile that firms up the finish and gives the wine enough legs to merit 8+ years of bottle aging.
